Community-Focused Fundraising Opportunities

As a locally-owned, family-operated Car Wash we care a lot about our community and are proud to give back through our onsite fundraising program. Offering local non-profit groups, a fantastic opportunity to raise money fast, selling a service everyone needs. From May through August, nonprofit organizations can rally their supporters to our Car Wash, where they’ll enjoy a premium-quality wash while a portion of the proceeds goes directly to support that organization. It doesn’t get much easier than that—great washes for a great cause!

Fundraising Program Details

“Express Code” Plan

In this plan, we prepare a template flyer for your group to distribute throughout your community or sphere of influence. The flyer will detail your fundraising efforts and how customers can participate. This plan includes two event days, which can be scheduled on a Saturday and Sunday. (backup dates available as a result of weather conditions)

How It Works

Customers will come into the wash, choose the Platinum package, and enter the code provided on the flyer. An attendant will be at the pay station to assist.

  • Your group will receive $6.50 from Plaza Express Car Wash for each Platinum wash purchased (less the 6% sales tax).
  • To address any questions from customers, someone from your group must be on-site during the event.
  • Groups can substantially increase funds by offering additional services like hand dry, vacuuming and cleaning car interiors

Eligibility Requirements

  • To participate, organizations must be non-profits with a 501(c)(3) classification
  • Have a valid Tax ID number

Please note we will not hold a month without a signed contract. An organization may participate only once per 12-month period.
